My name is Tom Urich and I am here to clean your garage by myself or even work along side of you if that is your request. I also do storage units and other outbuildings and the cost is the same and sometimes it may take more than 6 hours to do. We can take these case by case, so contact me so we can talk.

Generally for garages I begin by moving everything out of the garage and stack them in two sections. One section is what is going back into the garage and the other section is trash/Donate/or you let me have. Once I have everything outside and into two sections, I will sweep the whole garage out twice. Then it is time to bring in the items that is going back in the garage. At this time we could combine boxes and label with black marker or labels to keep track on what is in each box or container. We will discuss on if I will stack everything in one corner or how you would like your items stacked etc. Your trash is your trash, I will use your bags, containers etc to dispose of it and put it in the area that your show me, waiting for your trash day.
I don't take a lunch and I will work up to 6 hours if that is what it takes to complete the job. I do take a couple of water breaks for a few minutes each and of course a bathroom trip if needed. An average garage takes about 6 hours or less to complete. Some clients want to work right along side of me, that is your choice, how ever you would like to do it. I am very able to do it on my own or work with you.
Note: This quote is for a 2 car garage, a 3 car garage may be more. It depends on how full the garage is. If the 3 car garage is only full in 2 bays, then it will be considered a 2 car garage. I charge $75.00 upfront cash and this included up to 6 hours of straight work. If I get done in less than 6 hours and you agree the job is done, I keep the $75.00. After 6 hours I will charge $12.00 an hour. If you need me back the next day and we are both open that day, I will charge $12.00 an hour and you can pay me at the end of the day. Lets talk, sometimes I can negotiate on the price.
Note: I live in zip code 91730 Rancho Cucamonga area. I may add a gas charge if you live over 40 mile from my area, but I will be as reasonable as I can. Example: 40 miles from zip code 91730 I may charge $10 extra over the regular pay to cover the round trip gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. Everything may be negotiable.
Special Consideration for those that need help and can not afford the full price: I may take $40 upfront and an item(s) with some kind of value. I am not in the selling business and it will take me time to sell something and store it, so please keep that is mind. I would need something I could make a min of $50 Plus on. Like: Dresser, Dining Table and Chairs, Tools, Bed head, foot board and rails, motorized items, Guns, etc. NOT: Mattresses, Couches, Comfy Chairs, TV's. VCR's, Clothes, Refrigerators, Broken or Repair Item's etc. I have to be selective on what I will take. Let's talk if you need this help.
